Cancellations & No-shows
I accept life happens and so I will always allow you to move your appointment to suit. You can also cancel at any time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time there is no deposit refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment your full deposit will be returned. No shows will lose the full deposit taken at the time of booking.
Lateness
Please email me if you are running late, I don’t book back-to-back appoints so will generally be able to cope with this within reason (20 mins or less late).
Payment
A £25 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. My price list is available on this site. I accept cash, bank transfer and card payments.
Stairs
The salon is on the first floor and there is no lift. I may still be able to accommodate clients who can’t manage stairs with plenty of notice.
Dogs
I have 2 dogs, they will not around when you are having your appointment and they are not allowed in the salon. If you have an allergy you may need to factor this in.
Arriving with gel from a NSS (Non-Standard Salon)
I reserve the right to refuse treatment where you arrive with gel nails/artwork which has been done elsewhere and where I can’t identify what has been used, I am struggling to remove it or I am concerned about poor quality product and therefore dust toxicity. In this case, you will be asked to make your own arrangements for removal and return for treatment with bare nails.
Adults only
I am unable to provide treatments to clients under the age of 18 due to insurance restrictions.
Illnesses
If you have a mild illness you can still attend as I clean thoroughly post appointment but please email to let me know so I can wear a mask (my email is below). If you are terribly ill please reschedule.
